Procedure to Check Ozonator

1 Preliminary Test
● Connect Ozonator to the DC supply and place the diffuser inside the Beaker filled with
water.
● On the DC supply and check the working.
The bubbling in the water confirms the working of Ozonator
2 Ozonation Test ( Inside the Fume Hood)
● In the 500 ml beaker add distilled water and small amount of dye so that color of
solution is vissible to naked eye.

● Place the diffuser in the dye solution , connect to DC supply and ON the DC supply.

The decorloziation of the Dye confirms the ozone production by Ozonator
