A. Activity
Procedure:
a. Ask each of the students to share their experience with
modern technology, what is the effect of modern
technology in their life or studies and how they use modern
technologies in learning.
B. Analysis
Since the topic is about media age in children’s learning,
the activity somehow becomes an opportunity for students
to share their experiences on learning in media age.
C. Abstraction
Limiting Children’s Screen Time to Increase Physical Activity
Children’s creativity is declining
no time for free time (due to this issue the American
Academy of Pediatrics make a new guideline for
screen time for children)
Can technology really help teach literacy in poor
communities?
D. Application
Activity:
a. Group the class into two or three.
b. Ask each group to make a short skit on how you (the
students) as a teacher or an adult will going to use
modern technology in teaching younger children and
how you are going to discipline the young ones when it
comes to using media (specifically the social medias).
c. Give them five minutes to make the skit.
