HOME PRACTICE Reading Log: The students will take home books from our class library to read at home and return. These folders can be kept at home every day except Thursday, when I will check their reading logs and they will exchange their books for different books. Please assist your child in completing the reading log. Encourage students to read quietly and without distraction in order to increase reader's stamina. THURSDAY: Review and Topic 6 Test - Children will be tested on mentally adding multiples of 10 to a two-digit number; mentally adding a two-digit number and a one-digit number; adding a two-digit number to a two-digit number using mental math; using a hundred chart to add 2 two- digit numbers; adding using multiples of 10; and using number patterns to solve patterns.
