The lesson consists of the instruction of preference structures. Basically Subject+ Verb+
Object structure is valid for them. Prefer+ Something, Prefer+ Ving+ Something, Prefer+
Something+ To+ Something, Prefer+Ving+ Something+ To+ (Ving)+ Something are
introduced during the lesson.

Explanation
The content includes tourism related topics. At the very beginning of the lesson, a teacher-
centered presentation method will be used. The teacher will present the topic by means of
Prezi tool. This presentation tool will visualize the content. As for the grammar points,
preferences will be deductively expressed to the learners. After the instruction, the teacher
will distribute the grammar handouts so that students will practice and identify the
grammatical points. Also, Kahoot quiz tool could be used as an evaluation of the
instruction. This tool will draw students’ attention. The teacher will analyze the learners’
progress about the covered topic.
Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan
The lesson consists of basic digital media tools. However, if the Internet presentation and
online quiz do not work properly in the classroom, the teacher will use printed versions of
the instruction and the quiz. If the content does not draw the attention of the learners, the
teacher will rearrange the material and provide an audio material for them. Also, the
teacher will want them to read the texts loudly. These will enable students to participate in
their self-learning process.
