6. In this lecture course the students are given basic knowledge on the theory of semiconductors, operations
of a pn junction diode and a bipolar junction transistor. Describe the operation of rectifiers (half wave and

emitter circuit, common base circuit and the common base circuit. The course is supplemented by a
