1.0 PREFACE

This paper is submitted to The Director of Polytechnics Kota Bharu to

obtain an approval for conducting Minds Transformation - Young
Entrepreneur program involving semester 4 and 5 from Commerce department
in Polyetchnic Kota Bharu.

2.0 INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this program is to bring innovation to students how the

real way to become an individual transformation in what they do, especially their
workmanship. By attending this program, student will be exposed to pursuit of
self-excellence from the various aspects of life and give students the real value of
high performance in themselves as well as the quality of work in each
transformation. Students will be more confident and strong self-esteem and will
have the feeling of being always viable one step forward highlighting the
transformation of self-excellence in order to excellence of the organization.

3.0 ORGANIZED

Organized by Entrepreneurship Unit and Red Eagle Academy.

4.0 OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM

The objectives of participating in this program are as follows:
1) Identifying students talents and their abilities.
2) To train students’ leadership and organizational skills by organizing this
program.
3) Enhancing more creative thinking from the students.
4) To enlightment attitude of students.
