If hitting off outside these times, players have no Tee rights on the 10th Tee.
4. All Events are to be played off the 1st Tee only. Match committee may

6. SLOW PLAY is the bane of all golf Clubs. All members should consider
how best to speed up their own play. The player on the lowest handicap
must ensure that all players in his/her group play with expedition and
that his/her group maintains its correct position in the field. This however,
does not relieve others in the group of their responsibility to avoid slow
play. (Slow play penalty - 2 strokes)
6
7. If playing Par or Stableford once a player can no longer score on a hole
being played, he/she must not continue to play on that hole.
9. In all cases the lowest handicapped player in the group is the Captain of
all matches and must see that divots are replaced, foot marks in bunkers
are smoothed and that the rules of etiquette are observed.
10. Junior members must have at least one senior member in the group for
competition play and junior cards must be marked by a senior member.
11. All players must carry and use a sand bucket at all times.
12. Players who are unable to play without the use of a motorised cart
must obtain a Doctor’s Certificate and the approval of the Committee.
13. The Match Committee reserves the right to alter or vary any, or all, of
the competition conditions.
15. To protect the Clubs property, particularly trees, shrubs and fences etc.
17. Any match playing a whole round is entitled to pass a match playing a
shorter round.
18. If players fail to keep their place on the Course and lose more than
one hole on the players in front, they shall call the following group playing
behind to go through.

Gamesfor Golfers
Games
FOURSOMES (including mixed)
Teams of 2. One half of the aggregate stroke handicap.
Players play alternately from the Tee and alternate shots on the
remainder of each hole. Penalties do not affect the playing of
alternate shots.
PAR
The score is entered on the card in the same way as in stroke
play with the exception that where the score exceeds par for the
hole, after allowing for handicap stoke (if a player is in receipt of
one) the score need not be written in. It is custom that when a
player is beaten by par, the ball should be picked up. This helps
speed up play. After entering the stroke score on the card, the
result is marked in the column provided with ‘+’.sign for a win, a
‘0’ sign for a half and a ‘-’ sign for a loss. At the end of the round
the plus and minus signs are added and the nett result written
in as so many ’up’ or ‘down’ or ‘all square’. A player is allowed
their full stoke handicap and strokes are taken at holes as
indicated on the Par/Stableford index column on the card. Where
the handicap is more than 18, 2 strokes, or in some cases, 3
where handicap exceeds 36, will be taken in the same order as
followed for the first 18 holes unless the index goes beyond 18.
53
4BBB
Two competitors play as partners, each playing their own ball.
The better score of the partners is the score for the hole. If
one partner fails to complete the playing of a hole, there is no
penalty as the remaining partner’s score will count.
4BBB PAR
Two players play as partners each taking strokes at holes as
in a par competition. If one of the partners wins a hole and the
other halves it, only the win is counted. If one halves a hole and
the other loses it, only the half is counted and so on. +, 0 and -
signs are added at the end of the round and are recorded as in
an ordinary par competition.
STABLEFORD
The reckoning in Stableford competitions is made by points
awarded in relation to a fixed score at each hole as follows -
Gross strokes for hole More than one over fixed score or no
score - 0 pts, One over fixed score-1pt Fixed score - 2pts, One
under fixed score - 3 pts, Two under fixed score - 4pts,Three
under fixed score - 5 pts, Four under fixed score - 6pts The
winner is the competitor who scores the highest amount of
points. The marker is responsible for marking only the gross
number of strokes at each hole where the competitor earns one
point or better.
MULTIPLICATION STABLEFORD
Teams of 2 players, play their own balls and the result is
obtained by multiplying the scores together. ie 2 x 2 = 4 points,
3 x 0 = 0 points.
