What is CUDBAS?

CUDBAS
Curriculum Development Based on Vocational Ability Structure is a
method of expediting work of management, human resource and
functions in solving problem to ensure smooth work.
CUDBAS has gained popularity in Japanese corporate education fields
Tool to Accelerate Work and it is put into practice in different parts of Japan.
By applying the technique it can be used to describe experiences and
skill in detail also enable the prediction of future work simulation.
