At the end of lesson, 7th grade students will use at least % 60 of all vocabularies and idioms that have been
covered throughout the unit when they are asked to use in sentences.

Writing Handout to reinforce proper vacabulary, idiom and grammar use

1) The teacher shows Kizoa video.
2) They summarize what they have learned throughout the unit according to the pictures and
explanations given in the video.
3) They discuss solutions for enviromental problems.
4) They list individually what can be done to protect the environment.
5) Then, they work with their pairs and write an essay by discussing their ideas.
6) Essays will be collected and graded later on.
Individual Learning Activities Students will explain their ideas in correct form of
grammar sentence. They will use new vocabularies
while elaborate on the issue.
Group Learning Activities Students will compare and decide on what can be the
best solution for protection of the environment. They
reflect what they think by discussing and write an essay
Implementation
At the beginning of the lesson, the teacher reminds his/her students the general concepts they have learned
throughout the lesson. They touch upon important points again with the help of Kizoa video. Owing to related
pictures and images, students will easily remember what have been covered. They will explain their ideas. After
that, by working in pairs, they will write a essay.

In-class speaking, Writing, Essay.

Explanation
Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan when there is power cut
If students don’t want to write an essay, the teacher will construct a paragraph from what students have said.
S/he write sentences and as a whole class, they write an essay. If necessary, the teacher will give reading
comprehension activities as a handout.
