1. SINKING FUND
Sinking fund and fines will be collected by the Batch Treasurer, Malika Arumpac
Total amount of the Internal Class Fund will follow.
Each student is required to pay Php 2,000 per enrolment for AY 2017-2018
The following are the payment plans the students can choose from:
2. ATTENDANCE
Fines will be collected by Batch Secretary, Keren Fabricante.
* - Inclusions:
1. Special Events that require “COOPERATION UNDER PRESSURE”
2. The Internal Officers reserve the right to impose fines whenever the help of the entire batch is
needed, provided that a majority consensus of the class present in the event is achieved or a
majority consensus of the Officers is achieved.
3. During cases where announcements are done without prior notice, fines will still apply but
extension for LATE arrival of students will be extended by the discretion of the Internal Officers.
4. There will be an hourly monitoring of attendance for during events that require the participation
and cooperation of the whole batch (500php divided by hrs of work for a particular task).
I. ONE-DAY EVENTS
Absent: Php 500
Where Sign IN/Sign OUT: Php 250 each
Late: Php 250
*Fines increase in increments of Php 100 per sign in/sign out (Php
250 350 450 550 and so on)
*In the event that the student is able to sign in at any particular
time during the event and is absent in a subsequent attendance
taking while the event has not yet concluded. The last noted
increment will be recorded and will continue from the last noted
increment.
SEMI MAJOR EVENTS - Events concerning progress reports per committee. (i.e. Grad Rites, Grad Ball,
Despidida)
Absent: Php 300
Late: Php 150
On absences:
1. For absences, the student has to immediately notify the secretary on the reason behind the
absence. The excuse letter, together with the authorized and legal medical certificate will be
accepted on a later date upon the student’s return and within 48 hours of said return. Any
absences without notice and without proper documentation upon return will NOT be considered.
2. On excuse letters or medical certificate: to be based on the approval of the Administrative Office
of MSU-COM, upon approval, the student is required to pass a photocopy to the secretary.
3. Death-related issues are an EXCEPTION to the agreement on absences and will be considered
regardless of the degree of kinship.
3. DLP SETUP
Fines will be collected by the Batch Auditor, Pharmanis Boriongan
Setup encompasses the following:
o Sound system (also include mic)
o Lecturer’s chair
o Aircon (on/off)
o Lights (on/off
Sign IN: Php 10
Sign OUT: Php 10
4. MISCELLANEOUS
On the allowance for PIO Load: Php 250/month
The Internal Officers of Batch 2019 for AY 2017-2018 reserve the right to amend any of the statements
written herein.
