General Information

Project Title: Parrout’s Bone Marrow Drive

Project Objective: To plan a strategy for a community outreach program to register
1,000 donors within a month and execute this project

Prepared By: Invincible

Date: 29th Nov’, 2017 Version: 1.0

B. Brief Description:

Parout Stores was struggling with its public image after bad press on its now improved labour
practices. To rebuild its lost reputation at the community level, the HO asked the local tam to
organize a regional event. Robert McClelland, Manager-Parout branch, Texas border town,
stumbled across an opportunity to serve the community. This idea was a brain child which had
born during a conversation between McClelland and Villanueva, Founder, MatchJulia.org, which
works on National Marrow Donor Registry. Villanueva was willing to fly to the community and
thank the organization that recruits over 1,000 donors. The problem was that Villanueva was to
travel abroad in four weeks’ time due to which, McClelland had practically only one month for
this task where he has to strategically plan a community outreach program to register 1,000
donors in less than a month as well as convince his team that this opportunity was worth all the
extra hours needed to plan and execute this project on such short notice.

C. Project Deliverables:

1. Device an advertising plan for advertisement via Direct Marketing
