Business/Organisational Ethics
Introduction
Behaviour is a major concern for business organisation. Ethics guide one on their daily
conduct within the workplace. I have learned a number of ethical factors that have guided my
interactions in the business environment. This paper focuses on my learning experience in the

I have never lied in business matters. This is mainly because I want to avoid any blame

In summary, this paper has focused on ethical codes that have guided me in the
workplace. These codes help one to keep off trouble when dealing with business operations. The
