Approximately 200 guests will attend

 Event and School Mission

The Golf Tournament event will raise money for

our college and also is a great opportunity to bring
back all the alumni to share their success stories,
which goes along with the mission of our college
that we aim to deliver the adaptable and skilled
citizens to be successful in their careers and better
serve the community.
 Target Audience

Donors , Alumni and Corporate Partners

This Event provide a great chance for networking.

Since a majority of them are alumnus and Golf
Tournament is considered to be a high end event,
which will make it easier to raise money for the
community.

Ways of increasing the revenue
Will raise money from the Golf Tournament and live auction.

Allow players to purchase mulligans pre-event and out on the course.

Sell up to 18 holes sponsorships, 1 sponsor per hole. Typical hole

sponsorships include a sign that clearly identifies the hole sponsor name/
organization

Logo Accessories, Sell golf merchandise (e.g. golf balls, ball markets, towels,
etc.)that helps promote your mission! If purchased pre-event, make these
items available for your golfers upon arrival so they can be used on the
course.

Discount foursome ticket packages. Sell 1 golfer’s ticket fir $400 but sell the
entire Foursome for $1500

Sell Caddie services on your Giving Centre as Ticket Options or Fixed Price
Items (or use counters to do the jobs)
Ways of increasing the revenue

Have six celebrities signature sport gears. Each of

the gear will start at $1500 — $2500(depends on
the value of the sport gear)

Contact local artists to buy their paintings for

$500 per a painting, on the auction each painting
will start at $1000.
