The AspenTech EMEA headquarters office is based in the Reading International Business Park on
the outskirts of Reading next to Junction 11 of the M4. It is 20 minutes away from the center of
Reading and within easy distance of London and the surrounding airports.

Please remember the name of the business park if you intend to travel here by taxi as there are
several business parks in Reading. The building is also known as Verizon.

The AspenTech office is situated in Spur C of the RIBP on the 2 nd floor.

All visitors need to sign in everyday at the main Reception (Ground Floor) and AspenTech
Reception (2nd Floor).

The AspenTech office doors are unlocked between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of these
hours, access is only gained with an employee security pass. Visitors would need to be let in by
the receptionist.

Parking

Visitor parking is situated outside the front of the building. Please provide your car registration
details to the receptionist at the Ground Floor.

Buses

The bus timetable for buses to Central Reading and Reading Train Station are located at the bus
stop, right outside the main reception. This is also available upon request.

Air

The nearest airport to Reading is London Heathrow, which is 25 miles (40 km) away by road.

London Gatwick is 60 miles (97 km) away by road and is served by direct trains from Reading.

London Luton is also 60 miles (97 km) away by road, whilst London Stansted is 90 miles (140 km)
away; both can be reached by rail by changing stations in central London. The airport at London
City can also be reached by a combination of rail services.

An express bus service named RailAir links Reading with Heathrow.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 There is a fire alarm test in the building, every Monday morning, at 10 AM.
 The toilets are located just outside the office doors, opposite the elevators.
 The building is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted at the designated
smoking areas outside the building and car park.
