Fresh Salsa

1 tomato diced

¼ green bell pepper diced

¼ white onion minced

1 clove of garlic minced

1 T. minced fresh cilantro

1T. lemon or lime juice

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

**optional red pepper flakes**

1. Wash the pepper, tomato and cilantro. Pat them dry


with a paper towel.
2. Chop your vegetables according to the consistency
you would like your salsa.
3. Place everything in a medium mixing bowl.
4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Place salsa in a Tupperware bowl and mark your
kitchen number and period number and place in the
refrigerator.
