Culminating activity of the 3-day summer youth camp for Persons with Disability (PWDs)
dubbed as "PWDs on Theater" held at SM City Naga Event Center, April 21, 2017. A total
of 65 PWDs from Naga City, Tinambac, Cabusao, Libmanan and Bombon joined the camp
spearheaded by the City Government of Naga through the HELP Learning Center which aims
to put importance on the PWD sector in the community. The youth camp was held April 19-21
at Tinago Elementary School, Naga City.
