Dear House Owners:

This is to inform you that wef January 20, 2018, the properties in Vedic Village which are used
commercially / and or holding large parties will be subject to a flat charge of Rs. 2000/- per day to
cover up extra expenses spent on security, cleaning, sweeper, roads, etc. The owners will have to pay
the charges 7days in advance of holding such parties to Vedic Estate Office and obtain the necessary
permission before holding such parties. The payment is to be made only by Cheque or electronic
transfer in favour of “Green Earth Commerce Private Limited”.

This has become necessary due to highly disproportionate use of common Vedic Village resources
such as roads, water, garbage clearance, etc by the owners of such commercial used properties. It is
unfair to charge all house owners for expenses incurred for commercial activities by some house
owners.

Should the charge of Rs. 2000/- per day not paid and or the permission not obtained, all maintenance
& security services necessary for holding such parties will be withdrawn.

We trust; however, such steps shall not be necessary and that all house owners of commercial used
properties shall cooperate by paying the charges.
