Reference is made to below mail and IT meeting next Tuesday December 26 th, 2017, kindly add to meeting
agenda the procedures of IP Digital Signage system preliminary handover to client taking into consideration
the following:
1- These touch screens, decorative customs and TVs were erected and completed based on AI chairman
instruction to Ecotec/El-Ofoq.
2- Testing and commissioning process is contractor responsibility.

meeting to know any requirements or recommendations from your side –before we start our configuration;
