Jonah’s warning that the unfaithful city of Nineveh
will be destroyed in 40 days inspired the people to

Today our conflicts have again brought us to the
brink of destruction. The specter of nuclear holo-
caust leers from the horizon. And yet, the Nobel
Peace Prize for Peace was awarded in October
2017 to the International Campaign to Abolish Nu-

It is time for us to profess our belief in God and put
