Liquidator of the Natchiyar Koil Bell Metal Workers Industrial Co-operaitve Society Limited in his final closure proposals
dated 21st September 2010 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative
Societies Act, 1983, the registration of Natchiyar Koil Bell Metal Workers Industrial Co-operative Society Limited IND.
No. 286 is hereby cancelled and the affairs are finally closed with effect from 1st December 2010.

Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Issue No. 11), dated 23rd March 2011:—
AMENDMENT
In the Notification-IV the word “Vedaranyam” occurred in the second line shall be substituted
as “Needamangalam”.

Except as hereunder mentioned the Presidency Court of Small Causes, Chennai will remain closed for the
Summer Vacation, 2011 from 1st May 2011 to 29th May 2011 (both days inclusive).
Thiru R. Karuppaih, Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai will be the Vacation Judge for First turn
from 1st May 2011 to 15th May 2011.
Tmt. M. Vetrichelvi, III Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai will be the Vacation Judge for Second turn

The Vacation Judges unless otherwise notified will sit on all Thursdays, thereafter during the vacation dispose the
emergent petitions. No planit petition, no Rent Control Appeals or other matters will be received during the period of
vacation, unless it is urgent and it is accompanied by an application duly supported by an Affidavit showing the
urgency, no fresh execution petition in Rent Control matters will be received during the vacation.
The Office of the Copyists will be kept open from Monday to Friday each week between 10.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.
for delivering the certified copies which are already made ready. The Office of the Central Nazarath Section will be kept
open from Monday to Friday each week between 10.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. and the Process Service Applications will
be receieved on Wednesday and Thursdays only.
The Office of the Registrar will be kept open from Monday to Friday each week but the urgent matters will be
received on Wednesday during the vacation and such matters will be posted before the Judges for hearing on the
succeeding Thursday in open Court.
If any case requires immediate attention, party concerned or his Advocate should give 24 hours notice of the same
to the office in-charge and the necessary papers will be sent to the residence of the vacation Judge for orders. No
application shall be presented at the residence of the vacation Judge under any circurmstances.
Money will be received in the Treasury on Wednesday and Thursday every week and money will be paid out only
on Thursday during when the vacation Judges are holding courts and on orders made by the Judges for
such payments.
With a view to avoid difficulty to the parties, petitioners and the members of the staff, suit, Rent Control Original
Petition, Rent Control Appeals and the petitions of other proceedings which are to be filed on the re-opening days will
also be received and returned. The matteres will be made available for taking returns in the regular courts between
11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on Thursday only.

Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following eight Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvarur District, to be the
Special Judicial Magistrates for a period of 120 days from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them
the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms. No. 94, H&UD (UD4(1)
Department, dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (No. 27),
Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15th July 2009 the following variations are made to the approved master plan
for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL (AG4) 893 to 906" the expression “893 to 906 (except 899/1 and
898/2A)” shall be substituted and
