DEAPPG is an all party parliamentary group based in Portcullis House, Westminster. The group was started by Eric
Joyce MP in May 2010 in response to the DE Act (and conversations in social media eg Twitter #DEAct)

Recent Meetings:

A DEAPPG meeting took place on Tuesday 27th July between 6.30pm and 8.00pm in the Grand Committee room in
Westminster Hall. More than fifty people attended this meeting chaired by Eric Joyce MP (Chair) and supported by
Julian Huppert MP (Vice Chair) and Stella Creasy MP (Secretary). Guests included: Steve Lawson (Musician), Jim
Killock (Open Rights Group), Saskia Walzel (Consumer Focus Group), Danny Dagan (Blogminster Media), Mathew
Dean (Association of Colleges),Till Sommer (ISPA) Matt Rogerson (Virgin Media) Carolyn Royston (Imperial War
Museum).
