DROP SHIP AGREEMENT

Tiger Claw provides the ability to drop ship packages to persons/addresses other than
what is stated in your wholesale account.

• Package will be packed and shipped from the facility nearest you to your
customer based on the shipping information you provide.
• Tiger Claw will NOT put any receipt/pricing/sales flyers/etc. in the package.
• Tiger Claw is unable to drop ship to international addresses.
• Drop Ship packages have an additional $5.50 shipping and handling charge per
order. All regular and/or oversize shipping charges still apply.
• Tiger Claw is not able to provide your customers with any of your paperwork (i.e.
packing slips, receipts, etc).
• You, our wholesale customer, must handle all returns/exchanges/etc. Tiger Claw
will not handle any returns/exchanges for any drop ship customer. Tiger Claw
will not accept phone calls, letters, and packages directly from any of your
customers.
• Tiger Claw reserves the right to terminate drop shipments at anytime; however,
we will notify your customers prior to doing so.
• Please review all state/county/city laws that may apply to items you would like
shipped. Tiger Claw is NOT responsible for any items that may be restricted (i.e.
nunchucku, whipchains, etc).
• Tiger Claw ships via UPS only.

BY SIGNING THIS, YOU WILL AGREE TO TIGER CLAW’S TERMS AND

CONDITIONS. IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED,
TIGER CLAW HAS THE RIGHT TO CEASE PERMISSION TO DROP SHIP.
