Greetings!

I am Marie Nancy F. Coleta, a junior Psychology major under the College of Arts and Science is hereby
writing this letter with regards to the matter on cross-enrolling to your respectable college.

I intend to take the subject Technical Writing this semester for the purpose of fulfilling the necessary
subjects for the completion of the degree program Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Unfortunately, as of
yesterday, there were no available slots in the College of Arts and Science due to conflicting schedules.

Therefore, premises considered, I respectfully requesting in your reputable college for allowing me to
cross-enroll to take up the subject Technical Writing, particularly offered on the day of ______ and with
the time of ______________.

I am hereby binding myself with the rules and regulations by the college as part of my responsibility as a
diligent student of the university.
