FulCircle
Business Challenge
Develop a simple web based script which users can copy and paste onto their web pages which will be able
to send a text message requesting a phone call back.

This message would be sent to either a call center via an API to either FulCircle Call Center for routing to an
operator OR to another designated phone location with an SMS or Email alert to call the person who clicked
on the widget requesting a call.

The user can designate where the phone text should be sent - either that the call be sent to a specific call
center for routing or simply to have the text message sent to a phone number of their choosing.

The Widget will capture the User, Website, email, and designated phone number to send information to from
a web form with validations for email and populating an SQL database.

JIVA Approach
JIVA will develop a widget in the form of a simple web based script which users can copy and paste onto their
web pages and will be able to send a text message requesting a phone call back. This message would be
sent to either to FulCircle Call Center for routing to an operator in the form of an email OR to another
designated phone location with an SMS alert to call the person who clicked on the widget requesting a call. In
the backend of the application we can configure to send an E-mail or SMS based on the FulCircle call center
availability timings.

We need to configure these FulCircle call center availability timings, SMS Phone number, email address and
text message to be sent via SMS or email.

Details of the person who clicked on the widget requesting a call is collected in a form. These details are
stored in the database and reports can be generated using this data.

Step #1: We need to configure the Email Address, Phone Number, Email Text, SMS Text, FulCircle Call
center availability timings in the backend.

Step #2: We will develop a widget in the form of a simple web based script. The users can copy and paste
onto any web page and will be able to send a text message requesting a phone call back. Once the script is
copied onto a webpage, the user can see a small icon as below. This icon can have a button or a small
image.

Step #3: When the user clicks on the above widget, a popup window opens up to either send an SMS or
Email as per the setting in the backend admin for the availability of FulCircle call center.

Assuming that the call center is working 5days a week (Mon-Fri) from 9.00AM to 5.00PM, the application will
send out an SMS directly to the FulCircle call center phone number which is configured in the backend if the
request is between 9.00AM to 5.00PM.

If the request is raised after 5.00PM and before 9.00AM an email page is displayed to the user. A successful
submission will send out an email to the email address configured in the backend by the admin.

Step #4: Once the user clicks the “Submit” button, a Thank You page is displayed.
“Thank you for providing your details. Our representative will get in touch with you shortly.”

Step #5: The moment a user enters his details; all his details are stored in the FulCircle database table. Using
the data from the database the administrator can generate a report to display user details for a given date
range. The administrator can generate the report based on the Message type sent to the FulCircle Call
Center. By default the Message Type is “ALL”. The administrator can also generate reports for message type
“SMS” or “E-Mail”.
