Number of periods: Three (1) hour periods

Content (key points):

Introduction of lesson:
At the beginning of the lesson the following will be done:
1. Some student will be asked to describe their family and then the class will identify what
type of family is present
2. Another set of students will be asked to list some of the roles that are played by their
parents and them, and then the class will classify the roles given.
