Adidas Backdoor Tutorial

Purpose: The purpose of using backdoor / backend cart method on Adidas.com is to

save time during releases and as a result be more successful during releases. Backend
carting allows you to cart items on Adidas.com without ever seeing the splash/
countdown page, captcha and product page. Essentially you bypass all of these pages
and your desired item is immediately added to cart.

Step 1
Locate the PID for your desired shoe on Adidas.com. This can be found in the product
link of the shoe or shoe description on Adidas.com.
We will post the PID for Yeezys on the day before release. Do not ask for PID prior
to the day before the release day.
Note: This only works on Adidas.com USA. The desired shoe must be in stock and you
must have the correct PID.
Example: The PID for http://www.adidas.com/us/2015-crazylight-boost-primeknit-shoes/
D69703.html is D69703.

Step 2
Open your desired web browser (chrome is recommended) and open this link: http://
www.adidas.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-adidas-US-Site/en_US/Cart-
MiniAddProduct?layer=Add%20To%20Bag
%20overlay&pid=PID_Size3#&Quantity=1&masterPid=PIDadd-to-cart-button=
This will open a blank, invalid page.

Step 3
Enter your desired PID into the link: to enter your desired PID into the backdoor
link, replace the “PID” in the link with the PID of your desired shoe.
Example: http://www.adidas.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-adidas-US-Site/
en_US/Cart-MiniAddProduct?layer=Add%20To%20Bag
%20overlay&pid=D69703_Size3#&Quantity=1&masterPid=D69703add-to-cart-
button=
As you can see, I have replaced the two “PID” sections in the link with my
desired PID.

Step 4
Enter your desired 3 digit size code into the link.
What is a size code: A size code is a 3 digit numbering system on Adidas.com -
this section of the link allows you to determine the size you desire to add to cart.
Below are the size codes for all sizes on Adidas.com.
Size 4: 530
4.5: 540
5: 550
5.5: 560
6: 570
6.5: 580
7: 590
7.5: 600
8: 610
8.5: 620
9: 630
9.5: 640
10: 650
10.5: 660
11: 670
11.5: 680
12: 690
12.5: 700
13: 710
13.5: 720
14: 730
14.5: 740
15: 750
15.5: 760
16: 770

Step 4
In order to input your 3 digit size code into the backdoor link, locate the “Size3#”
section in the link and replace it with your 3 digit size code.
Once you’ve inputted your PID and 3 digit size 3, your link is now complete.

Step 5
Paste this link into your browser and press enter.

The link will now redirect you to the backend of the Adidas site, where you will be
able to see the description of the item you have just added to cart.
Press Go to Cart or Checkout Now: The page will be redirected to your cart,
where the item will be added to cart - you can now checkout.
In this process you have just saved time and drastically increased your success
chances by skipping the Adidas splash waiting page, product page and captcha.
