POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 Head of Suspension Department: a) My role essentially involves leading the team collecting various data
related to road, previous vehicle, performance, availability of materials, cost of required materials and interpret
various parameters that affect the performance of the vehicle in dynamic conditions and set the optimal values
for these parameters for gaining maximum performance of vehicle in dynamic condition.
b) Accordingly, Manufacture the suspension components with minimum compliances.
c) Setting work goals and time deadlines for designing and Manufacturing and achieving them.
d) Preparing and presenting the Design related reports.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
 Member of the vehicle dynamics department in DRIFTRACINGTEAM.

 CAD Modelling through SOLIDWORKS: This course essentially involves converting the data (of requirement)
to a 3D model using the various tools of SOLIDWORKS (A 3D Modelling Software). Thereby, giving a form to
given Data.
 Design and Analysis through ANSYS: This course essentially involves procuring the data from CAD software
and Design requirement, Various Materials used for manufacturing of components, thereby setting optimal
values of design parameters for making it a good design in terms of performance. Certified by CITD
Hyderabad.
 Computer Programming through MATLAB: This course involves learning of various types of inbuilt
functions, their usage in creating new functions, learning about various DATA types and using these tools for
building an optimized function in terms of Space, Runtime. Certified by Vanderbilt University through
Coursera.

PROJECTS

 Formula Student India: This essentially involves designing, manufacturing and testing a formula style vehicle
according to the rules mentioned by FSI.
 Supra SAE India: This essentially involves designing, manufacturing and testing a formula style vehicle
according to the rules mentioned by Supra SAE India and Presenting in the various events conducted by
Supra SAE India.
 Topology Optimization of Steering Knuckle through ABAQUS and TOSCA: The project basically involved in
collecting the data from kinematic requirement and hence giving it a form, collecting the data from Real
Dynamic conditions for knowing the Design Parameter requirements and hence optimizing the Design
topologically by keeping an eye on constraints, with the objective of minimizing the weight of the
component.
