Terms and Conditions:

1. Early Bird Promo Package Price includes Events Within January 2018 to
November 2019
2. Events For December month is not included
3. Early Bird Promo Reservation Dates – December 2017 to August 2018
4. “Reservation” Term – refers to Bookings Reserved (by paying 10%) of the
Total Chosen Package (refundable within 3 mos, otherwise reservation fee will
be deducted from Total Package Price, in case of Refund (change of mind)
after 3 mos, only 10% of the Reservation Fee will be refunded
5. Confirmation Dates – December 2017 to December 2018
6. “Confirmation” Term – refers to Reservations that has been Confirmed by
paying 30% of Total Package Price – deducted from the Total Package Price
(Non Refundable)
7. To Avail of the Package Price for said Promo client agrees to pay 10%
Reservation Fee within the allowed Reservation Dates. Client agrees to pay
the Confirmation Fee within the allowed Confirmation Dates and Client will
pay Full remaining amount 2 weeks before Event Date
