COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, GEMMA LIM, 25 years of age, single, Filipino and a resident of Purok 8, Irisan, Baguio City,
Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am instituting this CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against ROY CO, of legal age, single, Filipino
and a resident of #3 Gov. Pack Rd., Baguio City, Philippines of the crime of PHOTO AND VIDEO
VOYEURISM as defined and penalized under Republic Act No. 9995;

2. That the acts complained were committed as follows:

a. Since December 2014, I was in a dating relationship with Roy Co and on February 14, 2015
marked our first sexual congress, and regularity of such activities ensued between us,
usually in the residence of Roy Co.
b. That around last week of March 2015, Roy Co would take our pictures in the act of having
sex, both video and still pictures, with my consent that it is for our private consumption
only.
c. That on August 2015, Roy Co forced me to watch pornographic movies of different genre,
and demanded that I should replicate the outfits and imitate the wild sex through role
playing.
d. That having developed anxiety, depression and trauma, I asked Roy Co to delete the
pictures and videos in his phone but of no avail.
e. That around September 2015, I broke up with Roy Co and to seek for revenge, he showed
my pictures and videos stored in his cellphone to Karen, our mutual friend, without my
consent and contrary to my will.

3. That by reason of foregoing I suffered severe psychological trauma.

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing allegations and for the
purpose of criminally prosecuting Roy Co for the crime of PHOTO AND VIDEO VOYEURISM.
