Anent your letter dated 22 December 2008, copy of which I

received on 14 January 2009, please be informed that, to
date, the balance of the unremitted collections is only
P139,020.10.

The decrease was attributable to the remittance of P20,000.00

made by Alma R. Villa under my name sometime on 24
December 2008. Such act is consistent with the submissions
which I ventilated on my 10 October 2008 Written Explanation
submitted to your end that I am not involved and have no
hand in the unremitted collections imputed to me.
