Dear FOIA Office:

The Council for Education (Council), a non-profit organization, submits a

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request copies of any written
communications that pertain the Western Association of Schools and Colleges
(WASC) from the the U.S. Secretary of Education, Office of the General
Counsel (“OGC”), Office of Postsecondary Education ("OPE") of the U.S.
Department of Education, National Advisory Committee on Institutional
Quality and Integrity ("NACIQI"), Integrated Postsecondary Education Data
System ("IPEDS"), National Center for Education Statistics ("NCES"), and
Postsecondary Education Data System ("PEDS") from (2010 to Present). The
Council prefers an electronic file format, e.g., CD, electronic mail attachment.

This request is under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552.
Let me know if this request qualifies as an exemption, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7).
Otherwise, the Council is willing to pay up to $25.00 in processing fees.
