The Amec Foster Wheeler Group ("We") is committed to preserving and respecting the
privacy and confidentiality of visitors to its website in accordance with the applicable data

The Amec Foster Wheeler Group is an international organisation and as such the information

USES OF THE INFORMATION


We use information held about you in the following ways:

with information about potential job vacancies which may be of interest to you and we or they

details of potential job vacancies, for administrative purposes and marketing communications.

If you do not want us to use your data in this way, or to pass your details on to third parties,
please do not register your details on our site.

IP ADDRESSES
Amec Foster Wheeler’s system administrator may collect information about your computer,
including where available; your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is

statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any
individual.

COOKIES

having adequate data protection laws.) Amec Foster Wheeler requires all of the companies
within the Amec Foster Wheeler group of companies that have access to the information to
treat this data as confidential and to seek to maintain its security. Only Amec Foster Wheeler
recruiters (and relevant managers) will have access to your data. Your personal data will be
used solely by Amec Foster Wheeler and will not be disclosed or sold to third parties, except
that your data may be disclosed to the third party vendor that services the system and that
requires access to the data within the system to provide its services. Amec Foster Wheeler
requires this company to adequately safeguard your personal data and not use it for any
unauthorised purposes. This applies also to the services provided by our Corporate IT
Department.

We will retain your personal information for a reasonable period or for so long as either you or
legislation permits.

Upon your request we will remove your personal information from our site and correct any
errors you identify in such personal information. If we remove your personal information, you
will lose access to certain parts of the site. After removal, we may retain some information as
is necessary to comply with legislation.
