n 01/13/18, around 0200 hours, Uber dever Mitchell Patton, picked up Marlon Humphrey, Savanna MeLauglin, and
wo other unknown females, nea the Seip area ofthe University of Alabama, Patton began driving to Hotel Capstone,
fshon Humphrey asked to borrow a cell phone cable to charge his phone. Patlon handed Humphrey his personal
harging cable. When tne vehicle arrived at Hotel Capstone, Humphrey refused to give the cable back to Patton, and
bed several other cables from inside the vehicle. Humphrey and Patton exited the vebicle, and Patton atterupted to
-over his propery. Humphrey refused to give Patton is property, and elbowed Patton ia the side, not leaving « mark
yedoing any personal injury. Humphrey also balled up his fst, and acted like he wanted to fight Patton, if Patton
tinued trying ( retrieve the property. When Humphrey exited the vehicle, he damaged additional property

JAPD Officers arrived atthe scene, and found Humphrey inside the Hotel Capstone, holding Patton's cell phone cable.
