The Plaintifts whole-heartedly disagree and while Judge Wingate directed them to tur ther attention to the legislature (which they have done and continue to do), they now look tothe Kentucky Court of Appeals ‘One ofthe Plintifs, Amy Stalker, stated, “This ease is about doctors boing able to prescribe cannabis to Kentuckian inmedical need, jus like they're ale to doin 29 other states.
