Media Gallery – Terms of Use

Introduction

Welcome to the TechnipFMC plc Media Gallery (the “Media Gallery”). This Media Gallery may
contain images, illustrations, graphics, logos, text files, audio files, video files and similar materials
(collectively, the “Media”).

You are reading the terms of use which govern the relationship and serve as an agreement
between you and TechnipFMC plc (“TechnipFMC”, “we” or “us”) for your use of our Media Gallery
(the “Terms”).

The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take the time to read
them carefully. These Terms apply only to use of the Media Gallery but form part of the general
Terms of Use for the TechnipFMC website. For the avoidance of doubt, these general Terms of
Use (including sections on ‘Exclusion of Warranties’ and ‘Limitation of Liability’) apply to your use
of the Media Gallery.

Accepting the Terms

By using our Media Gallery, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to
comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Media Gallery. You
understand and agree that we will treat your use of the Media Gallery as acceptance of the Terms
from that point onwards.

You should print or save a local copy of the Terms for your records.

Changes to the Terms

We amend these Terms from time to time, for instance when we update the functionality of our
Media Gallery or when there are regulatory changes. You must look at the Terms regularly to
check for such changes. Your continued use of the Media Gallery after the date of the new Terms
constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must
stop using the Media Gallery.
Your use of the Media

By downloading Media from this Media Gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are
using the Media on behalf of another entity, your agreement represents and warrants that you are
authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify
TechnipFMC for any violation of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not
download Media from this Media Gallery.

All Media contained in the Media Gallery are protected by copyright and all other applicable
intellectual property rights. TechnipFMC grants you a with a limited, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, revocable license that permits you to use Media from this Media Gallery solely for
use of the Media in accordance with the ‘Approved Uses’ section of these Terms.

Approved uses

Media in the Media Gallery are used to establish TechnipFMC’s brand image. They should be
used for bona fide, lawful, journalistic purposes. No Media downloaded should be altered in any

way. To protect the integrity of TechnipFMC’s brand, the company reserves the right to instruct
outside parties if and how they may use the Media.

Media cannot be used in any brochure, advertisement, advertorial or promotion by any for-profit or
non-profit entity without the express consent from TechnipFMC. If you would like to use the Media
in this way, please contact us at brand@technipfmc.com.

You may not remove any notice of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right from any place
where it is on or embedded in any Media.

In addition to a violation of this agreement, unauthorized use of the Media may also violate
applicable laws, including without limitation copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.

Upon your use of any Media contained in the Media Gallery, please give credit to TechnipFMC as
the source: © TechnipFMC plc.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechnipFMC, its subsidiaries, affiliates,
licensors, employees, agents, and independent contractors against any claims, damages, costs,
liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to
your use of any Media obtained from the Media Gallery or any other breach or alleged breach of
the Terms.
