Qualifications:

 Two years of management experience working as the Assistant


Rehab Director and Interim Rehab Director (PTA) for Consonus
Healthcare.
 Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with the state of
Washington, and have been practicing for three years in Skilled
Nursing/Rehab setting. Professional skills and experience with
neuro, ortho, variety of chronic illness, and dementia patients.
 Interim Rehab Director (PTA) Stafford at SeaTac (Skilled
Nursing Facility) for Consonus Healthcare from 9/1/16 through
9/28/16.
 Interim Rehab Director (PTA) Stafford at Ridgemont (Skilled
Nursing Facility) for Consonus Healthcare from 11/20/16 through
2/28/17.
 Have good leadership qualities, will take the lead when working
with a group, good critical thinking and communication skills,
able to adapt to change and think on my feet.
 Graduated from Olympic College PTA program, accredited by
the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
(CAPTE) of the American Physical Therapy Association.
 I have had four clinical rotations through Olympic College.
 One co-worker gave me high praise for my management skills,
and able to stay calm and perform under pressure.
 Another co-worker was impressed with my ability to interact so
well with patients/staff and great communication skills.

Table Games Dealer:


 I have worked as a table games dealer for five years. Working in
a casino environment requires a great deal of customer service. I
have demonstrated to my employer that I deliver good customer
service and am a friendly and proficient worker.

Education and training


Arizona State University: Currently enrolled in a BAS degree including
classes in Business and Organizational leadership. Scheduled to
graduate in the fall of 2019.

Olympic College: AAS, Associate in Applied Science on March 2014


through Olympic College.

HS Diploma: Graduated from North Kitsap High School in June 2006.

Training: Marketing class where we learned what entails customer


service and learning how to market and sell products. I have also had
Athletic Medicine classes giving me some basic experience in the
industry. North Kitsap High School 2005-2006.

CPR/AED: I have also completed the requirements for CPR/AED for


professional rescuers. (10/15/2014-10/15/2016) Scheduled to complete
2017 required class.

KPT Bremerton: Over 180 hours of outpatient clinical experience and


learning specialized in hydro therapy.
