I'm against this practice, because nobody can be judged by a simple test. all person
are different in many aspects of their life or behavior.
Maybe it could be used for a first evaluation but not how something determinating.
I think It'd be better talk with the person who take the test.
In this way we could know how the person think and what are their aspirations.
