Recycle Inspection On 28 Swapped Sites

We have seen our swapped sites in past year 2017 to swap from smart to Mfon site , particularly in Phnom penh

that just passed all 28 sites with Construction’s achievement which they had put their effort to such hard work to finish

the company’s target in valuable time. in other hand, these achievement had brought our stable connection and Connection
cable management in order and more and more qualified for Site installation.

At this time of our achievement we also do not forget for recycle Inspection on its original installation that succeed in

the past 2017, we will move forward to get it stabilized and keep all Connection link connected for our customer usage

continuity to let them stay with our company.

The significant goal for this inspection for 28 Swapped sited will make us feel more believable on our staff’s
competency for these installation. So we would join to develop and strengthen quality on our network installation and
maintenance .

1. Why Do we need to make Recycle Inspection on these 28 swapped sites ?

- Check the status of Swapped sites on the differences ( before and after installation )
- Battery Status ( its standby time, Voltage and quality)
- Rectifier ( Managed or Unmanaged )
- Switch ( No of DC Switch and AC Switch and label preparation on each switch port )
- Fiber Patch Panel ODF ( No of Indoor ODF installed and Path cord label preparation and fiber cable
management )
- Outdoor ODF48 ( Check on fiber patch cord splicing preparation and its location )
- More factors to be inspected for field site inspection

work.
- Increase more attention to be paid on quality of installation and maintenance
 - possible prevention on high risk for our connection outage with battery breakdown, Power outage and
Switch faulty and etc.,..

- Action will be taken for high risk to occur and find fast solution to prevent
- All customer may keep informed firstly for short and long affect with our existing network.
- Get correction in time to the what already found a critical part

There should be a strong commitment on our network focus and strive the way altogether to overcome on our
obstacle and attract more customer come to live with our network with their belief on our strong and stable
connection.
