EMPLOYEES/BANKERS LOAN REQUIREMENTS

- Residential Address
- Place of Work and Address
- Copy of National ID
- Copy of KRA Pin Certificate
- 3months payslips
- 3months bank statements

- 5% Interest Rate Per Month on a reducing balance and repayment period up to 6months
- Loan Application Fee – Kshs500 Payable via Mpesa paybill Number 222111 account 058000011572
- Loan Application form to be sent to the client via email once the application fee of kshs500 has been paid,this fee
covers for applicant identity and documents verification done by a third party company (Stratech Office Systems)

Once you pay the Kes 500 fee kindly forward the Mpesa confirmation message and your email id to 0770 221 840
to receive the application forms via email

- Loans processed within a maximum of 24hours and disbursed via Mpesa for amounts not exceeding kshs50,000
- For Loans exceeding kshs100,000 a security or collateral worth twice the amount of loan applied will
be required (Title deed, Log book, Bond certificate etc)
