Professor Purabi Roy is a Retired Professor of International Relations,

Jadavpur University, West Bengal. Also taught in the Moscow State
University and St Petersburg University. She is a profound scholar of
Russian language and literature. At present, she is an independent
researcher on Netaji and a Member of Council in ICHR.
