Ans: - Excel is a most common user friendly application software,
Which is used for create mark sheet, salary record, office record, bank record
and etc.

(vii) Page setup: - To set the current worksheet with margins top, bottom, left,
right, header and footer.
(viii) Print aera: - To set the print area and delete the print area.
(ix) Print privew: - To show the current worksheet on print layout.
(x) Print (ctrl+p):- Print the current worksheet with a printer on hard paper. It is
only active when the printer is installed.
(xi) Exit (alt+f4):- To close the active programs.
2. EDIT MENU (ALT+E)
(i) Undo (ctrl+z):- Reverse the last action.
(ii) Repeat (ctrl+y):- Forward the reverse action.
(iii) Cut (ctrl+x):- Move the selected data one place to another place.
(iv) Copy (ctrl+c):- Copy the selected data one place to another place.
(v) Paste (ctrl+v):- Cut or copies paste the active cursor.
(vi) Office clipboard: - Show the cut or copies text in office clipboard, paste all
or clear all text or object.
(vii) Paste special: - Paste the copied object in different mode.

(x) Fill: - Fill the same text/data on down, right, left and up.
(xi) Delete: - Delete the all content text or data.
(xii) Delete worksheet: - Delete the active worksheet.
(xiii) Move or copy sheet: - Move or copy sheet in a new book.
(xiv)Find: - Find the type text on worksheet.
(xv) Replace: - Finded text replaced by suitable text.

(i) Normal: - See the normal sheet.

(v) Status bar: - Show and hide the status bar.

5. FORMAT (ALT+O)
(i) Cells: - To format the active cells.
(ii) Row: - To format the active rows.
(iii) Column: - To increase the column width and height.
(iv) Sheet: - To format the current sheet, rename and hide the sheet.
(v) Auto format: - Format the selected area by text.
(vi) Conditional formatting: - It is use to conditional format the selected area
text and numeric character.
(vii) Style: - To create a new style.

(i) Spelling and grammar: - To check the spelling and grammar.

file)
