for our BccF convention
This paid part time position would be assisting the CF Con-
vention Team. Under general supervision, the Events Coordi-
nator would be responsible for planning, organizing, and
executing the 2018 CF Conference to be held Sept 12-15
2018 in Merritt BC. This assistant will strive to arrange/coor-
dinate all aspects the event, including but not limited to:
creating schedules, website registration, securing trans-
portation of guests and attendees, event catering, attendee
accommodation, honorariums and volunteer assistance, man-
aging event budgets, technical arrangements, coordinating
vendors, volunteer plans/schedules, ongoing reporting.
