Requirements for business visa for US B1:

 Log in to: https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
And fill in theDS-160 application accurately. (If you have dependents then you would need to fill separate DS
160 form for your dependents as well).
 Click https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/SiteRegister?country=India&language=en_US and give the
applicant details to create the profile
 Select non-immigration visa.
 You have an option to add the applicant, add the dependents details too (if they are travelling along with
applicant)
 Then you will get payment page with the details, kindly click on (click here for all kind of payment) select
AXIS bank,
 Send us Stanley CGI page and the passport copy along with your email id and contact number which you
have used to create profile to pay visa fee.
 It takes 24-48hrs to activate the barcode after making payment to the bank.

STEPS FOR SCHEDULING US VISA APPOINTMENT;

 Go to the link https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=India

 If you are a BEP member enter BEP login and password – click on schedule appointment – nonimmigrant
visa – Karnataka-English-Business or employment-click add applicant by UID, if you are not a BEP member
just click on schedule appointment.

 Enter applicant’s UID number (last eight no’s of CGI reference no).

 Click the date on the calendar for visa interview at the consulate.

 Click on the OFC appointment date which has be prior to the visa appointment date.

Enter the email id’s to send the appointment confirmations to concern id’s

Lead Time – 5 to 7 working days from the date of appointment.
