Introduction
The university stock system is a system created to simplify operations
undergoing for the current stock in the university. Its priories is to
change the current system which is done manually to the automation of
the system whereby real time retrieval of statements can be acquired in
an easy manner in a certain level of perfection. The system will carter
for the stock under the umbrella of the university.
The university stated above is the International University Of Africa
Khartoum, Sudan.

Problem Statement
The university is currently using a manual system in keeping the records
for the university stock and so the system will provide a platform where
the manual work will be reduced if possible by 99% and turn the whole
system into an automated system where the keeper will have to enter
data into an electronic device e.g. a computer and later retrieve the data
entered in form of report which will be easy to read and understand.

Project Motivation
As the university aspires to automatize all its current system we felt it is
our most priority to try in our part to contribute in this wonderful
migration which will become very fruitful for the university fraternity as
a whole.
Project Questions
Some of the questions which may rise in are:
1. How is the current system looking like?
2. Can it be automated to reduce paper work?
3. Can a normal user be able to use the system without hesitation?

Project Objectives
Some of the objectives which will be tending to, in our project are:
1. Defining the current system and how it works.
2. Changing the current manual system to an automated system.
3. Easify the use of the system by creating user friendly interfaces.

Tools To Be Used (Software To Be Used)

Some of the softwares which we might use are as follows:
1. Oracle database.
2. C# (c sharp) programming language
Other softwares we might introduce upon starting of the project.
