 1.Site visit schedule

1st Day: 28/01/2018

 18.45 : Arrival of Tenderers representatives at HMD airport.
 19.30: Leaving HMD airport under escort toward Sonatrach Base (24
Fevrier)

2nd Day: 29/01/2018

 9.00 : Leaving Sonatrach Base (24 Fevrier) under escort toward LPG
ZCINA plant
 9.30 : Arrival of Tenderers representatives at LPG Plant
The visit started by:
- An overview of the existing facilities has been given to all
representatives by SH ZCINA operation leader.
- Safety induction has been presented by SH HSE engineer.
- The site visit has been started at 10.00
The visited areas:
- Existing slugcatcher.
- Existing Air/Azote packages.
- LPG Train G13.
- Boosters section.
- The LPG Train 4; 5 th booster; new slugctcher and new air & Azote
packages spaces.
- The LPG train 4 Tie ins have been inspected partially.
- Central Control Room including engineering work station; Instrument
technical room panels; telecom room.
- Electrical Substation including 30KV/5.5KV/LV room; ECS room;
HVAC room.

3rd Day: 30/01/2018

 9.00 : Leaving Sonatrach Base (24 Fevrier) under escort toward LPG
ZCINA plant.
 9.30 : Arrival of Tenderers representatives at LPG Plant.
- The visit has been restarted by visiting the existing fire water systems
including main fire water and jockey pumps; diesel fire water pump;
piping network discharge pumps.
- The visit has been also been made along the existing LPG Train 3.
4th Day: 31/01/2018
 6.30 : Leaving Sonatrach Base (24 Fevrier) under escort toward HMD
airport.

 2.Points discussed during a site visit
In order to give Tenderers representatives a summary of project scope of
work, a number of issues have been highlighted during a site visit which
are relate mainly to:
- Existing inlet separation:
The representatives have been informed about the difficulties which
SH is faced to Handel the quantities of liquids and for Tenderers to
perform process studies according to the actual incoming gas
composition in order to size the future slugcatcher
CA confirms that a dedicated letter as an update regarding this issue
will be submitted to Tenderer by 31/01/2018.
- Existing Air and Azote packages:
Tenderers representatives have been instructed to size these
packages according to the project new facilities as the part of existing
air & azote have been already re-routed and used for LDHP plant.
CA confirms that a dedicated letter as an update regarding this issue
will be submitted to Tenderer by 31/01/2018.
- Existing Boosters section:
Tenderers representatives have been informed about the difficulties on
the existing GT caused by the existing fuel gas system where CA
required to get this fuel from residual gas system.
CA confirms that the new fuel gas system shall be designed and
provided for all boosters (Five booster).
CA confirms that a dedicated letter as an update regarding this issue
will be submitted to Tenderer by 31/01/2018.
- Existing LPG and Condensate export systems:
CA confirms that the existing systems is enough sized to ensure future
production.
- Tie ins SOW:
Tenderers representatives have been instructed to dress a list of tie-ins
within technical bid regarding the: 5th booster; new slugcatcher and
utilities packages.
This issue was a reminder as it was already requested within ITT docs
– Annexe XX.
- Space allocated for the 5th booster and new slugcatcher:
It was agreed that the existing CP anodic well in middle of the space
shall be relocated and reinstatement under Contractor SOW.
- Temporary installations and CPF access point:

 After final arrangement with the HMD SH operations, CA will submit a
layout proposal for Tenderer consideration.
- HIS system:
CA confirmed during a visit around CCR the requirement to include
within Tenderer technical bid two other stations.
- HMI for 5th Booster:
CA confirmed during a visit around CCR the requirement to include
within Tenderer technical bid one other server station with multi-unit
configuration.
- F&Gas and ESD sytem:
CA confirmed during a visit around CCR the requirement to include
within Tenderer technical bid the extension of these systems for: LPG
Train 4; 5th Booster; new slugcatcher.
- Historian server:
CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to include within Tenderer
technical bid one server for the new and existing facilities.
- FCS system:
CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to include within Tenderer
technical bid new racks for: 5th Booster; new slugcatcher and new air &
azote packages.
- UPS:
CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to check of spare capacity of
the existing UPS and to include withinTenderer technical bid if required
additional UPS.
- PAGA ; CCTV and Interphons:
CA confirmed during a visit the requirement of systems extension
withinTenderer technical bid
- HVAC:
Taking in consideration of a number of panels to be provided by contractor
inside the buildings, CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to check
the capacity of existing HVAC to ensure a normal operation of the existing
panels and new panels in meantime.
In case of incapability of the existing HVAC system, Tenderer shall include
within his technical offer a proposal by providind an additional HVAC
system.
- Flare systems:
CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to check the capacity of
existing warm and LP flares in order to take in charge the future facilities:
5th Booster & new slugcatcher.
- Oily water header:

 CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to check the capacity of
existing header in order to take in charge the future facilities: 5 th
Booster & new slugcatcher.
- Closed drain:
CA confirmed during a visit the requirement to check the capacity of
existing drain in order to take in charge the future facilities: 5 th Booster
& new slugcatcher.
