Dear Student,

We congratulate you for your test performance & being hopeful of qualifying for the subsequent rounds of B-School
admission process. Since the subsequent rounds of selections are fiercely fought between the qualified students, to
better equip you to face the challenges, we urge you to attend "GWPI Workshop 2018" from 20th January 2018.

Philosophy behind the workshop is to provide feedback, feedback & feedback... of the practices that you do in the areas
of Personal Interview, Essay Writing, Group Discussion, Group Tasks, Case Study Discussion etc so that you get enough
equipped in the next few weeks to face the subsequent rounds of selections at various B-Schools.

We believe that the expert comments on Essays that you write, feedback by the moderators on GDs that you practice &
suggestions by panelists on your mock interviews are more important than knowing mere basics. Hence be a part of the
intensive workshop for your own good.

We urge you to enroll & attend the GWPI Workshop even if you do not have a call now but you are expecting a few B-
School calls in the near future as we do not extend the GWPI Workshops beyond 18th February although some of the B-
Schools might hold their interviews in March. We suggest you to attend the workshop with immediate effect, as inputs
on each day are unique. Make note that practice, practice & practice alone... of the GDs, PIs, WATs are important for
skill development & feedback by mentors on your practice will help you to fine tune the skills in few weeks time.

Program Dates:

20 Jan, 21 Jan, 26 Jan, 27 Jan, 3 Feb (tentative), 4 Feb, 11 Feb & 18 Feb (preferably weekends).

Program Schedule:

Report sometime between 7:30am & 8:30am on 20th Jan to avoid long queue for registration. We need some time to
validate the documents before we register you for the program.

NOTE on FEE & REFUND:

1) Payment at the workshop venue is preferably by CASH however you can also enrol for the GWPI Workshop at any
TIME-Bangalore center by making the payment either by cash or card.

2) Free for TIME-Bangalore CAT-17 classroom students against any B-School call letter. If no call letter as on 14th Jan,
then he/she has to enrol under Type-4 by paying Rs.5450. Entire fee will be refunded, if you get any B-School call before
20th March 2018.

3) If you take admission under Type-2, Type-3 or Type-4 and you receive atleast 1 IIM call before 20th March 2018, then
the money paid in excess of Rs.500 will be refunded only between 20th Feb & 20th March 2018.

4) If you take admission under Type-3 or Type-4 and you receive atleast 1 B-School call listed under Type-2, then
payment made in excess of Rs.3750 will be refunded only between 20th Feb & 20th March 2018.

5) REFUND POLICY:
Refunds if any are processed from any of the TIME-Bangalore centers only between 20th Feb & 20th March 2018
against the documents mentioned below.
No refund will be processed after 21st of March 2018.

2)Original receipt of GWPI Workshop - 2018

Note: Those who are already registers last week for the GWPI-2018 Workshop, need to carry two set of prints of the
following documents.
You have to submit the printed copies of the first 4 documents at the PI desk to take mock PI. You'll not be allowed to
take mock PI without submitting the first 4 documents.
