RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE SALINTUBIG SUBPROJECT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND
LOCAL GOVERNMENT LOCATED AT BARANGAY _____________, CLAVERIA, CAGAYAN TO THE NATIONAL
WATER RESOURCES BOARD

WHEREAS, in a letter dated January 04, 2018 from the DILG Provincial Office addressed to
Municipal Mayor Celia T. Layus, MD. of this municipality requires the submission of the documentary
requirements for the release of the check for the second (2nd) tranche of the SALINTUBIG subproject, which
include the application of water permit from the NWRB;

WHEREAS, after consultation to the NWRB, it necessitates this body to endorse the said project
for the issuance of the water permit;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Kagawad ______________________, duly seconded and

concurred by all members of the Barangay Council, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolves, to endorse the SALINTUBIG Subproject of the Department

of the Interior and Local Government located at Barangay _____________, Claveria, Cagayan to the
National Water Resources Board;

RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned agencies for
consideration.
