the Assertion of Serbian nationalism become intolerable; when result is a massive
annihilation and violations of human rights.

Based on the principles of the sovereignty of a country, justice and humanity, this is a
grim and tragic situation for all of us; it is a contrary circumstance to the highest ideals
that join and strengthen relations between all countries and fundamentally, against to
world peace. Malaysia is identified with Bosnia Herzegovina to be a miscellany of ethnic
groups; therefore, is solidary with the latent war situation. Furthermore is aware that
only through the implementation of policies for the fomentation, promotion,
integration and strengthening the cultural identity toward a national, it will joint efforts
to be a better nation. Preponderating the principles of “Solidarity, Cooperation and
Unity" have been implemented and are developing projects, such as 1 Malaysia, for the
consolidation of our state.

Taking into account the acuity and prompt that requires this situation first that becomes
unstoppable and inhuman treatment spreads, Malaysia proposes to lift the arms
embargo, declare no-fly zone over Bosnia except for UN forces and a naval blockade of
Serbia and Montenegro furthermore a constant monitoring of the borders. Therefore,
strategically will be established "SAFE AREAS" guarded by troops of UNPROFOR in
conjunction with organs of the UN and of humanitarian aid, in order to provide
assistance to the affected people.
