Self assessment – employee attributes

Below is a list of attributes, possession of which have been assessed by many employers to
constitute a good employee.
Your task is to rate yourself in each of these areas, out of 10, for each of the three categories
(present, at the end of the course and in 2 years’ time).
This forms an important part of your ongoing personal (and private) reflections during the
course and is entirely for your own improvement/development.
As such, this is not designed to be an assessment of the course or its material, rather a metric
to help you measure your own progress/learning or awareness’ in the following areas as a
result of this course.
To gain the maximum benefit a strong measure of self-honesty is required when assessing
these attributes.
