Memorandum of Agreement

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into this __18th__ day of ____September__,


2017, by and between:

2017 Bar Operations Commission, a special organization of Aquinas University College


of Law, duly represented by Ms. Paulin Jessa S. Palaje, of legal age, a resident of Calzada
Guinobatan, Albay and the president of the 2017 Bar Operations Commission hereinafter
referred to as the COMMISSION.

and

___Zierra Mae C. Bea____________________________, of legal age and a resident of


_______Sto. Domingo, Albay______________________________ hereinafter referred to as the
BARRISTER.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, COMMISSION provides assistance to the graduates of Aquinas University


College of Law who will be taking the the 2017 Bar Examination for the four weekends of
November 2017.
WHEREAS, BARRISTER desires to avail the services of the COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, COMMISSION has agreed to render such services to the BARRISTER under
the terms and conditions herein specified;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and of the mutual
covenants hereinafter set forth, the BARRISTER and the COMMISSION do hereby agree as
follows:

SECTION 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The COMMISSION shall provide the BARRISTER food, bar tips and minute services
during the four weekends of November subject to certain limitations as indicated herein.

SECTION 2.SCOPE & SYSTEM OF SERVICE

The service of the COMMISSION starts from 4:00 PM of every Saturday. Hence, the
BARRISTER should get their kits not earlier than the designated date and time. The services of
the COMMISSION shall adjourn at 6:00 PM of every Sunday.
The BARRISTER is under the obligation to prepare their respective belongings before
leaving the hotel for check-out purposes. Likewise, the COMMISSION shall be responsible for
the things entrusted by the BARRISTER.
Provided, however, that the services of the COMMISSION are suspended from 10:00 PM
of Saturday until 4:00 AM of Sunday. Said suspension is designed for purposes of giving the
COMMISSION their time to rest and sleep.

SECTION 5. FOOD
The COMMISSION will also provide each BARRISTER their lunch every Sunday. The
BARRISTER shall fill-up the attached annex for predetermination of preferred meals.

SECTION 6.COURTESY TO THE COMMISSION & PARTICIPANTS

The COMMISSION is under the obligation to serve and assist the BARRISTER, as the
latter may direct the former, upon the start of availability of service. Provided, however, that every
BARRISTER is expected to observe proper conduct and dealings with the COMMISSION and
participants. Provided further, that such request be reasonable in accordance with the
circumstance of time and place.

SECTION 7.MASS & LECTURES

BARRISTERS are required to attend the mass to be sponsored by the COMMISSION


every Saturday afternoon, which will be held at a place designated near the hotel where the
barristers are to be accommodated. The BARRISTERS are also required to attend the last minute
lectures every Saturday night at the hotel where the barristers are to be accommodated.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Contract on the date and at the
place above-written.
